Living Choice Galston is a proposed independent seniors living development comprising 89 apartments across three apartment buildings with an associated Leisure Centre including a swimming pool, cinema gym and auditorium.

ATLR were engaged to provide detailed BCA advice and BCA reports for the Development Approval. The project required a detailed understanding of the requirements for housing for seniors and people with a disability under State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing) 2021.
